Meet the Cedar Village Dentistry Team

Stephany is the Practice Director at Cedar Village Dentistry. Stephany brings with her 10 years of dental experience and strives to create great patient experiences. She has a positive, and uplifting demeanor and is looking forward to building relationships with all our patients. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Cincinnati, going to concerts, and cheering on her favorite football teams.

Lauren graduated from Miami University with a degree in Health and Sport Studies. She joined the Cedar Village team in July of 2023 and brings with her 4 years of dental experience. She developed a passion for dentistry when she became a Hygiene Assistant in 2019. She currently enjoys Treatment Coordinating and building relationships with all of our patients. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family, working out, and taking her dog on walks.

Brandy is a Communication Major, with a Masters in Marketing.  She is very excited to grow and excel in dentistry and is passionate about making the Cedar Village patients her first priority. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants and enjoying self care days.

Melissa finds great joy in dentistry, especially in helping patients and witnessing the gift of beautiful smiles. Outside of work, Melissa cherishes time with family, grandkiddos, and her fur babies, as well as soaking up beautiful days outdoors. She enjoy walks, tending to her garden and reading books that inspire personal growth. Each day is a blessing, and she fills it with love, learning, and a connection to nature.

Andi is passionate about helping patients feel confident and cared for throughout their dental journey. When Andi is not in the office, she loves spending quality time with her husband and their four boys—usually poolside or enjoying the outdoors. Andi also enjoys making hand-poured candles and wax melts! Whether at work or home, Andi is all about creating meaningful connections and uplifting experiences.

Mikey is a Dental Treatment Coordinator with a passion for helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care. He works closely with both patients and the dental team to ensure every treatment plan runs smoothly. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him watching football or exploring new places with his wife—always up for the next adventure

Shelley joined our team in March 2023. She’s been sharing her passion for helping patients in the dental industry since 2018. As a graduate of the Sinclair College EFDA program, she utilizes her training to place composite restorations.  Outside the office, Shelley enjoys traveling and going to the movies with family and friends.

With over a decade of experience as a Dental Assistant, Tawni brings enthusiasm and expertise to every patient interaction. She’s currently pursuing her EFDA certification and takes pride in helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Her professionalism and passion make her a valued member of the Cedar Village Dentistry team.

In her free time, Tawni enjoys being with family and friends and continuing to grow in her dental career.

Audrey joined Cedar Village Dentistry in July 2023, bringing warmth, skill, and a keen eye for detail to every appointment. A graduate of the Sinclair Community College Expanded Function Dental Assisting program, she’s passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles. Her kindness and professionalism make her an invaluable part of our team.

When she’s not in the office, Audrey enjoys cruising, traveling, and spending time with her husband, family, friends, and dog.

Maya has been a dental assistant for years and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while getting to know them during their visits at Cedar village Dentistry. She plans to further her education by earning her EFDA certificate at Sinclair. Outside of work, Maya enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring the city, and spending time with family and friends.

Desiree completed her dental assisting studies at Laurel Oaks Career Campus in 2024 and has provided compassionate patient care ever since. She loves helping patients feel comfortable in the chair and proud of their smiles, and she plans to further her dental education in the near future.

Outside the office, Desiree loves traveling and exploring new places around the world.

Kaylee has been in the dental field since 2017 and is passionate about creating positive experiences and helping patients feel comfortable in the chair. She is furthering her education to become an EFDA and is excited to keep expanding her skills and knowledge in dentistry.

Outside the office, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, and making memories with the people she loves.

Kari is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary and brings years of experience and continued education to lead our team of Hygienists. She is passionate about all things airway and breath, and the link to oral health and systemic health.

She lives an active lifestyle and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She loves being outdoors whether she’s doing yoga, paddle-boarding, or hiking with her family and two dogs!

Kelsey graduated from Georgetown College with a degree in Biology. Then attended Sinclair Community College and graduated with an Associate degree of Applied Science, Dental Hygiene. She has also certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide administration. She is incredibly happy to be a member of the Cedar Village Dentistry team. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends, family and her cat Snowball, watching reality tv, traveling, and going to concerts and baseball games.

Haley is a Registered Dental Hygienist of 6 years and loves helping her patients achieve and maintain a happy, healthy smile. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, going to concerts, hiking and has a goal to visit all the National Parks.

Susan is a dental hygienist that went  to Rhodes State College in Lima. She is passionate about growing in the field of dentistry and working towards her myofunctional therapy certification! Susan is new to the area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring outdoors!

Deb is a Registered Dental Hygienist with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene. With more than 35 years of experience in dentistry, she is passionate about providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Deb is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene, ensuring her patients receive the highest quality of care.

Outside the office, Deb enjoys spending time with the Lord, making lasting memories with her family, and living a life rooted in faith and gratitude.
